2023 S.B. Sauvignon Blanc

Summary: The Fruit was harvested in the cool of the evening from block A1 rows 1-12. This fruit travelled a short distance to the winery. The Fruit was left in contact with its skins for several hours to maximise flavour and texture, then it was gently loaded into the press. The free run juice and pressings were kept separate. These were then cool fermented and bottled early capture vibrancy and freshness

Colour: Pale straw with a green hue.

Nose: White peach, passion fruit with a green apple note. Herbal accents of tarragon with a floral lift.
Palate: Custard apple with tropical notes of peaches and pears complemented with textural elements.
