2023 Premium Shiraz

All parcels were selectively harvested and fermented in open fermenters. Pumped over twice daily to aid the extraction of both colour and flavour.

Colour: Deep red with a violet hue.

Nose: The aroma is an enticing blend of dark fruits, spice, and a touch of earthiness. Blackberries and ripe plums dominate, while layers of black pepper, clove, and dried herbs add complexity. A subtle undercurrent of smoky oak and a hint of violet contribute to its depth.

Palate: Blackberry and black cherry flavours, complemented by notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and a dash of black pepper. The wine's velvety texture is beautifully balanced by well-integrated tannins, providing structure and elegance.
