2023 Premium Malbec

All parcels were selectively harvested and fermented in open fermenters. Pumped over twice daily to aid the extraction of both colour and flavour.

Colour : Vibrant magenta with a purple hue.

Nose: Ripe fruits, spices, and a subtle earthiness. Blackberries and dark cherries take centre stage, accompanied by notes of plum and a touch of fig. Hints of black pepper, cocoa, and a trace of violet add layers of complexity to the bouquet.

Palate: Luscious dark fruit flavours, featuring blackcurrant, blackberry, and ripe plum. Spicy palate with black pepper and a touch of clove. Notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. Silky tannins provide structure, making the wine both approachable and age-worthy.
