2023 Premium Cabernet Sauvignon

All parcels were selectively harvested and fermented in open fermenters. Pumped over twice daily to aid the extraction of both colour and flavour.

Colour: Deep ruby with a crimson hue.

Nose: A fragrant nose of raspberry and blood orange lifted with notes of violets and bay leaf.

Palate: A mixed berry medley upon entry with tones of black pepper, cloves, and a touch of sage. Subtle oak ageing adds layers of complexity, introducing notes of toasted oak and dark chocolate. Balanced acidity imparts a sense of freshness and elegance.
