The Chardonnay was handpicked in the cool of the morning on the 1st of March. Whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in a combination of new and seasoned French oak. Matured on lees for 9 months with light occasional stirring.

Pale straw with a golden hue.

A wonderfully complex nose of fresh citrus and tropical notes. Passionfruit and green apple notes balanced with subtle herbal elements.

A balanced and supple palate of succulent sliced pear and apple with lifted citrus acidity. French oak adds complexity of baking spices and vanilla. Finishes with vibrant acidity.
