The reserve range are expressions of only the finest examples of each variety and style. All parcels were selectively harvested and fermented in open fermenters. Pumped over twice daily to aid the extraction of both colour and flavour.

Deep ruby

A lifted nose of bramble and cassis into a black olive tapenade, with top notes of violets and tobacco.

Fresh fruits of blackcurrant and plum upon entry lead into flavours of cedar and vanilla pod. Fresh acidity balanced by firm fine tannins that provide a generous structure.
