Shiraz from an easterly facing vineyard, specifically grown for Rosé. Harvested in the early morning and lightly pressed to minimise phenolics. Fermentation in stainless steel and a short time on lees to add a savoury element.

Pale Salmon.

Strawberry, musk stick and turkish delight with dried herbs and rose petal notes.

Summer berries and violets interlaced with a savoury complexity, finishing with a mineral drive.
